Trusts and Other Structures
There may be advantages for investors to utilise trust and corporate structures either from an estate planning or other perspectives. Whilst Pegasus does not directly offer these services it works with other professionals in Jersey, Guernsey, Switzerland and Mauritius who offer trust and corporate services. There are also specific pension trusts that are structured to hold investment assets and to provide potential benefits to expatriates resident in Spain. The relevance of such structures will vary from person to person and therefore a careful appraisal of the possible benefits and costs needs to be undertaken.
