Pegasus offers its clients in Spain a professional and personal service with an extensive network of Financial Planning Consultants based on the Costa Blanca and Costa del Sol through representative offices in Javea and Marbella. In doing so clients are able to seek general financial planning services and the ability to deal directly with the Jersey office. (See our process web page)
The Company has access to a wide range of investment services from across the market and is able to advise upon the most appropriate solutions for its clients varying and specific needs. Remuneration for its services will be either through a commission payment from the investment provider and/or an agreed fee payable directly to Pegasus by the client.
In undertaking it’s planning and advising activities Pegasus operates within a highly regulated environment which is in the interests of its clients to ensure the highest professional standards are maintained and as such has systems in place to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. In regard to its activities in Spain Pegasus is directly regulated the Jersey Financial Services Commission (JFSC – http://www.jerseyfsc.org/). Also see the regulatory section of this site.
