The investment calculator is designed for non-UK residents to estimate the value of a future investment plan assuming certain conditions. The value of the investment however will depend upon the performance of the underlying fund or funds and it should always be remembered that the value of investments, and the income from them, can fall as well as rise and that past performance is not necessarily a guide to the future. The future value of any actual investment will of course depend upon a number of factors that include the actual performance of the underlying fund or funds, the total charges made by the fund or plan manager which include the annual management fee, but there may also be additional administration, fund or custody charges.
