Pegasus is a privately owned group that was established in Jersey in 1992. From its offices in St Helier, the capital of Jersey, the group provides offshore investment services to over 2,000 clients based worldwide including those in Spain, Jersey, UK, Switzerland, East and Southern Africa.
The shareholders of Pegasus have significant interests in other regulated financial services businesses in the UK and South Africa.
Pegasus is regulated for investment business by the Jersey Financial Services Commission (JFSC). The Company is also regulated by the UK Financial Services Authority (FSA) for Investments & Markets Act 2000 Business.
The group has 13 investment advisers and consultants qualified and experienced to the necessary JFSC and FSA standards
